These terms cover use of this website only. They are not a services agreement, and reading them tells you what this site itself does and does not represent.
What this website is
This is a marketing and information site for AS DataWorks, the data and Azure practice referenced throughout it. There is no login and no user account, and the only interactive thing on it is the contact form.
What this website is not
It is not a services agreement. If you engage us for migration, data engineering, automation or custom-software work, that engagement is governed by a separate, signed contract between you and the operating legal entity — not by this page. Nothing on this site is a regulatory audit, a compliance attestation, or financial, tax or legal advice. Where a page on this site says we are not the right firm for a piece of work, we mean it.
Accuracy of what is written here
Facts on this site that can go stale — Microsoft product support dates, platform pricing mechanics, Azure service behaviour — are checked against primary sources at the time we write them and re-checked on a regular schedule. A public website is not a substitute for confirming anything decision-critical directly with the vendor, or with us, before you act on it.
How we write about our own work
We do not publish fabricated statistics, client names, testimonials, awards or certifications on this site. Where we do not yet have evidence for a claim, the page says so instead of writing around it.
Intellectual property
The text, design and code of this site belong to the entity that operates it, unless a page credits someone else. You are welcome to read it and link to it; republishing it as your own is not licensed.
Governing law
Changes to these terms
We move the "last reviewed" date at the top of this page whenever these terms change.
