AS DataWorks is based in San Diego, California. Our engineering team — employees and long-term delivery partners — works in US business hours, under this US entity, with US contracts as the commercial wrapper.

Roughly 15 engineers in-house, across different fields, scaling to about 50 with vendor partners.
The backgrounds are the reason the reconciliation and close work on the services pages is not new to us. Our engineers' backgrounds include audit work at a Big Four firm across the hotel, food and beverage industries, and process audit; support systems and server support at global technology companies; automation at a global logistics company; enterprise BI and analytics at global consumer-goods companies; and help-desk and service-desk leadership at global consulting and logistics firms. Johan Madrid was a markets analyst and business-intelligence developer at a global consumer-goods company, covering the Central America and Caribbean markets, building inventory and product-level KPIs.
How we work with you
We are a small firm and we do not pretend otherwise. What we will tell you on the first call is whether your project is the right size and shape for us — and if it is not, we would rather say so than learn it together at your expense. The founder reviews every engagement and every deliverable that leaves the practice; at our size that is a real property of how we work, not a claim we will grow out of and quietly drop.
