Until formation documents are supplied this page states no jurisdiction beyond "United States" and no registered address. An absent detail beats an invented one, and a vendor-risk reviewer would rather see the gap named than find it themselves.
Our engineering team — employees and long-term delivery partners — works from Costa Rica, in US business hours, under this US entity, with US contracts and US-hours support as the commercial wrapper.
We put that on the page rather than leaving you to work it out, because it is going to come up in any serious vendor review, and because it is a genuine reason to hire us, not just a fact to disclose: overlapping working days instead of overnight handoffs, and senior engineers on your project instead of junior ones on a timezone nobody in your building can meet.
How we work with you
We are a small firm and we do not pretend otherwise. What we will tell you on the first call is whether your project is the right size and shape for us — and if it is not, we would rather say so than learn it together at your expense.
